Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) — Points-tested stream
A permanent skilled visa for invited workers who do not need an employer or state sponsor. Applicants must nominate an eligible occupation, hold a suitable skills assessment, satisfy the points test, and be invited to apply.
Federal Skilled Worker Program
A federal permanent-residence pathway for skilled workers with foreign work experience. Candidates must satisfy the Federal Skilled Worker minimum requirements and score at least 67 out of 100 selection-factor points before competing for an invitation through Express Entry.
Temporary Stay of Digital Nomads
A Croatian temporary stay route for third-country digital nomads with foreign remote work, up to 18 months, a €3,622.50 monthly means-of-subsistence threshold, and immediate family reunification eligibility.
e-Residency
A Republic of Estonia digital identity that lets global entrepreneurs authenticate online, sign documents, and establish or manage an Estonian company remotely; it does not grant residence or travel rights.
